VIDEO: Humboldt Bay Municipal Water District, Division 1 & Division 3

The participating candidates for Division 1 are Kaitlin Sopoci-Belknap (incumbent) and Stephen Davies . The participating candidates for Division 3 are Barbara Hecathorn (incumbent), and Robert A.
